After a year or so out of the fitness industry, I decided that I wanted to have PT sessions for myself as I never really had time for my own fitness development. I couldn’t think of anyone better than Mel, her motivation and upbeat style and her vast knowledge, just knew how to get the best out of me. Mel listened to what I wanted to achieve and designed a varied and challenging workout regime that enabled me to build up my strength and endurance, something that had most definitely decreased over a period of 15 months. She is such a knowledgeable and personable PT and instructor which I trust and value her guidance. I would highly recommend and look forward to my next sessions and achieving my goals.
I have now been training with Mel since 2018, and I can honestly say I feel healthier, fitter and have more energy than I did before I started. Coupled with this, is Mel’s expertise, knowledge and guidance about how to train and what muscle groups to focus on, which is allowing me to understand and improve during and after each session. The sessions have also enhanced my stamina and cardio capabilities and have allowed me to return to regular road-running activities which I do alongside the PT sessions. Each session are no walk in the park, and Mel pushes you hard, but this is exactly what you want from a dedicated and professional Personal Trainer. Needless to say, I’m looking forward to my next session.
